SHIPPING AND HANDLING
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-10 business days, and 15-28 business days internationally, (excluding holidays or weekends). Please keep in mind that during the holidays this time may vary.
Orders placed on holidays, Friday after 11:30 am, Saturdays or Sundays will be processed the following business day.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once it leaves the United States. All duties, VAT, import taxes, customs charges/fees are the responsibility of the buyer to pay these fees.
Once your order has been billed you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number that confirms that your order has been shipped from our Distribution Center. You can track status of your order at www.https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?tLabels= Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
